The members are descendents of the people of the Andes Mountains like the Inca, Quechua and the Arimara. They express the sentiments and emotions of the Andes with the Indio instruments. The group have been performing very actively in Korea and Japan and gaining a worldly recognition as a leader in Andes music.

Yuyariy is known for incorporating contemporary feel to the Andes music that is quite cheerful, and by spreading the Andes music around the world, they are also contributing to mutual understanding and good relationship among nations.
